- Casement frames - thermic cut profile



1.1 structure.

the fastenings must be composed of extrusion-profiled frames made of aluminum alloy meeting the standards of the UNI EN 573-3 set of regulations and classified as a physic state T 5 according to the system R 50TT of ALCOA.


- The windows have a fixed 50 mm thick frame and a shutter 58mm thick with a complanar external part and surmounted internal one.
- The shutting flanges must be 22mm long a nominal thickness of 1,4mm with a margin of +0,3/-0,0 mm.
- The measure of the surmount between the shutter and the frame must be of 8 mm;the distance between the shutter and the frame available for inserting accessories is of 24 mm with a margin of +1/-0 mm.
- The shutting system is of "open connection" type, the gaskets of the external parameter of the frame will fit into a specific appendage of the shutter profile

1.2 Termical insulation.

the thermic cut profiles must be composed of 2 aluminum semi-profiles, external and internal one, connected by isolating bares made of strengthened polyamide 14,6 mm high. The coefficient of thermic conductance (Kr) measured according to the DIN 52619 section 3 set of regulations will be included in the 2.2 group according to DIN 4108.

1.4 windowpanes..

the flange profiles must guarantee the perfect fixing of the windowpane in the frame. The internal and external window gaskets are in EPDM material.

1.6 product performance.

All the frames offered must be classified according to the set of regulations UNI7979, EN42,EN86,EN77 in classes meeting the listed criteria:

Air permeability grade- A3
Water resistance grade E4
Wind resistance grade V2a


The thermic cut profiles must be composed of 2 aluminum semi-profiles, external and internal one, connected by isolating bares made of strengthened polyamide 14,6 mm high. The coefficient of thermic conductance (Kr) measured according to the DIN 52619 section 3 set of regulations will be included in the 2.2 group according to DIN 4108.

1.6 surface finishing.

The anodic oxidation and the electric coloration meets the standards of the QUALITAL brand and the specific technical standards of QUALANOD.
The thickness of the oxide corresponds to a 15 class (15µm).
The painting meets the quality standards of QUALITAT brand and the technical ones of QUALICOAT.
